Product Availability
All products promoted on this site are available from Cornwells Mitre 10 Lilydale and Lilydale Trade & Building Supplies at the time of advertising, unless otherwise stated.
Local Deliveries
We offer local delivery on all products sold via Lilydale Building & Trade Supplies. All deliveries are fulfilled directly by our team at Cornwells Mitre 10 Lilydale, ensuring fast and reliable service. Your order confirmation email will contain your local store’s contact details — feel free to reach out with any delivery-related queries.
Delivery Areas
We deliver within a defined Local Delivery Zone covering Lilydale and surrounding suburbs. Addresses outside this area may attract additional delivery fees. Unsure if you're within range? Give us a call and we’ll confirm.
Please note: we do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or internationally.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the weight or size of the order. If your delivery address is outside our standard zone, contact us before completing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.
Delivery Assistance
Some bulky items may require on-site assistance to unload. Our standard fees assume someone will be available to help at the delivery address. We’ll be in touch prior to delivery to confirm arrangements. If assistance can’t be provided, we can arrange help at an additional cost — we’ll always confirm this with you beforehand.
Delivery Confirmation
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to sign, goods will not be left. You may organise an Authority to Leave with our team in advance, but please note: if goods are left unattended at your request, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage once delivered.
Estimated Timeframes
Many items are ready to go from our local store — in most cases, please allow 1–3 business days for delivery. If your order includes special-order or supplier stock, please allow up to 14 days. We’ll notify you of the expected delivery window when you place your order.
Click ‘n’ Collect
In most cases the local store will hold stock so please allow at least one business day to process your order before you come to pick it up. In some cases, due to the success of some promotions or nature of the product stores may have to draw stock from a central warehouse or third-party supplier. In these circumstances the store will call you and advise an expected delivery date.
When you purchase products online and select Click ‘n’ Collect you can only collect your goods from the store you nominated in the purchase process. The store you nominated has processed your payment.
We ask that you collect your goods within 14 days of the goods being available for collection.
When collecting your goods we will ask you for your driver’s license or other government issued photo ID to confirm your identity and the credit card you purchased the goods with if you used a credit card. We may take a copy of your driver’s license and hold onto this for a short period of time. The name on the credit card must match the name on your Photo ID. These are steps we take to reduce the instance of credit card fraud. All details are held securely in line with the Privacy Policy and destroyed after they are no longer required.
We do not allow third-party collections.
If the goods aren’t collected after a reasonable time and after the store makes reasonable attempts to contact you, the goods may be returned to stock and a refund processed.
